Eligibility of Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Products must be in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.
• Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective.

How to Return

Contact us at sonataseaglass@gmail.com with your order details and photos to initiate the return process.

Once approved, securely package the item and ship it back to us. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds or Exchanges

Upon receipt of the returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing Time. Orders are processed within 3 business days before shipping.

Domestic Shipping (Philippines). Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days via J&T.

Tracking. Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number to monitor its journey.

Fees. Buyers are responsible for domestic shipping fee of PhP 150.

Note: We carefully package each item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sonataseaglass@gmail.com or through our social media channels with photos of the damage.
